2. Scope
These Terms apply to:

Direct sales of goods (IT equipment, electronics, accessories, and related products)

IT services, installations, and technical support

Smart system installations (including Ajax and similar systems)
These Terms do not apply to purchases made via third-party platforms such as Amazon or eBay.
3. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are stated in GBP unless otherwise specified. Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch or in accordance with agreed invoice terms.
Late payments may be subject to statutory interest and recovery costs under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
6. Ownership of Goods
All goods remain the property of Epicloud Operations UK Limited until full payment has been received.
7. Returns & Refunds (Consumers)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
You must notify us within this period and return the goods within 14 days of cancellation.
You may inspect and handle the goods as you would in a retail store. However, if the item shows signs of use beyond reasonable inspection, damage, or is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund.
Items should be returned in original packaging where possible.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
8. Returns (Business Customers)
Returns from business customers are accepted only at our discretion unless the goods are faulty.
9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please notify us within a reasonable time.
We will offer repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable UK law. We will cover reasonable return costs in such cases.
10. Services & Installations
All services are provided based on the agreed scope of work.

The customer is responsible for ensuring site readiness, access, and suitable conditions

We are not responsible for compatibility issues or pre-existing faults not disclosed prior to service
Where services have been fully performed with the customer's agreement, cancellation rights may not apply.
11. Warranty
Products are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable.
We do not provide additional warranties unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Service work is warranted for a reasonable period based on the nature of the service.
12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

13. Force Majeure

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

17. Acceptance
By placing an order or paying an invoice, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
